Ordered two pairs of socks with the same dog's face, just a different color. Took a month to show up, and one pair was someone else's dog. No problem I thought (even though it screwed up a Christmas gift). Called phone number which is disconnected. Sent a message through their website and a week later no response whatsoever. Don't throw your money away.

I ordered on Dec. 1 and still haven't received my order, it is Jan. 3. Please don't order from them. Will not respond to emails either!!!

Super disappointed. I placed my order on December 2nd and the website stated they would be receievd by Christmas and I still haven’t received the socks....I tried to track the package but there hasnt been any movement or update since December 27, 2018.

I ordered two pairs of Pupsocks on 24 November and they still have not arrived. I ended up having to buy two other Christmas presents instead. I emailed the company on 28 December to see where the parcel was and have had no response except a pro forma email telling me to be patient until they get back to me. It is now 3 January and no-one has got back to me. The Globegistics tracking number they gave me says the parcel left Florida by air on 14 December.... no update to the tracking since then.

I ordered my socks on the 24th November 2018. It's now the 3rd January 2019 and I still have not received them. Despite trying to contact them several times I still have not heard from them nor received my parcel. Would highly recommend AVOIDING THIS WEBSITE!!!

Ordered socks for Christmas on November 28 and still have not received on January 2. There is no phone number on their website to call them and they are not responding to email even after several days. Possibly out of business? Anyway, definitely a company to avoid!

Already gave a 1 star review prior to leaving for my Christmas vacation as I did not receive my order placed on Nov 12. After arriving home today 1/1/19 - Guess what...STILL NO SOCKS. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Already placed a complaint with the BBB as well. The BBB rating is F and there are 275 complaints against the company.
