Like all the other reviews I ordered x 2 pairs of socks and an ornament on November 24. The ornament arrived and the socks still have not. I have emailed them 3 times with absolutely no response other than the automated email you get back saying they will get in touch with you. I will never order from this company again.

Should be a zero or negative 5 stars. This is a fraud! No socks, no refund and no customer support. All this company did was take our money. We ordered for Christmas gifts and Christmas has come and gone without anything from pupsocks. Making things worse they still advertise when they cannot deliver the product. Facebook shouldn't allow this to continue. After seeing video of the owner saying they couldn't keep up I am not surprised they are thieves. Get a job you worthless trash!

Like so many other complaints... Ordered on November 26th, 2018. Never received my order. I have emailed multiple times and have got no response.

Update: February 1st and still no communication from pup socks about the wrong picture on the mug i ordered way before Christmas. I've sent 3 emails and one online thru their site. Therefore I dropped another Star. I ordered a pair of socks and a coffee cup with our dog on it for my daughter for Christmas. They came in barely in time and the photos on the cup are not our dog. I immediately emailed Customer service on Dec. 22nd and got the canned email, we are busy shipping we'll get back to you soon. I emailed again on Dec 27th, and again got the canned email. Still have not gotten a response and it's Jan 3rd. The cup we got is not out dog but it also is not good photo on the cup, too many pictures smashed on the cup and they've stretched out the photo. Hopefully if this gets resolved they don't send me a cup like this one. Very disappointed so far.

The package took 2 months to arrive, I received no tracking details or contact from the company once they had my money, despute numerous emails, and facebook messages asking for assistance. At the 6 week mark, I lodged a paypal complaint, and they finally made contact with me. The item finally arrived, and it is not the quality I would expect after paying $80USD, very disappointing.

I attempted to order my in-laws pupsocks for Christmas. I placed my order on December 1. They did get to me before Christmas, on December 24.. but unfortunately, like most of the country, I was traveling for the holiday and did not get to gift them. When I returned home and opened the package, I found that one of the pairs was correct, and the other had the wrong dog on them! I reached out the the company immediately and have yet to hear back. To top it all off, the quality is fairly low for the price they charge, which I could overlook as these are a novelty item, had it not been for the other issues and still being out one pair.

I want to take time to thank you for placing an order with us. I apologize for the inconvenience surrounding your order, and the overall time frame of things. I see that one of our customer service representatives have resolved this situation since and resent out the corrected order. Again, I am truly sorry about this as there must have been a production mishap. We are working our paws off to improve our product quality and customer service as we want nothing more than for our valued customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase! I hope that in the future we can be of higher regard to you. ~Nyla From the PupSocks Team

I'm outraged by this company. I ordered my socks on December 2 for Christmas gifts. The website promised a 7-10 day turnaround. I've emailed three times with no response. I received a notification on 12/26 that my order is complete and that I can track it via USPS. USPS site says status is Pre-Shipment, meaning they haven't yet received product from PupSocks. I don't know that I'll ever receive them. $89 down the drain.
