Wow... I ordered the way overpriced four mug & four socks deal Nov 20th 2018. I was promised an early december delivery. I "contacted" pupsocks four times each time being told an obvious lie that delivery would still be by christmas. I tried to track my order- it didn't even show up in their system. I ended up filing a complaint with my credit card company for a refund (they took my money on Nov 20th) well guess what... My order arrived January 4th. I don't know what the hell material the socks are made of, some kind of stretchy unnatural material. I also got someone else's dog on one of the pairs of "socks". The mugs.... They did a half assed job of photo editing from my uploaded photos. Two of the mugs look like they're smudged instead of a picture of the dog I wanted. Great idea, executed poorly. Migh want to change your name to "pupsucks"

I feel like I have been scammed. I ordered my pup socks in November and they still have not arrived. It is now January 6th. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have sent 3 emails in the last two and a half weeks and have heard nothing. Beyond disappointed. They however were very fast taking the $70 off my credit card (the day I ordered them). DO NOT order from pupsocks!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered on November 19 and didn't receive my order for 30 days and that badgering the CEO, etc. Then the socks came and they are disgusting. They are made of a material that I have never seen before (my kids compared it to teflon) and the socks will never be worn. What a waste of time and money. Do not order from them!!!!!

Not worth the money and poor quality. I ordered 2 pair as Christmas gifts on Dec 2nd, they did not ship until Dec 20th by regular mail and arrived late afternoon on the 24th. I would not have ordered if I knew they would take that long as I needed to then send them on to who I purchased them for. Also one sock has a bunch of brown blotches that look like dirt that were ironed into the sock so I could not gift them :(

I placed an order over one month ago and never received the item. I have sent them multiple emails and I never received a response.

Horrible experience and an absolute joke of a ‘company’. Made the order on December 1st, received a confirmation email with a verification number and a reference number. Waited an entire month and didn’t receive anything or receive any communication as to what was happening or if there was some sort of delay in my order. Then I punched in the verification number they gave me in order to ‘track my pupsocks’ and a notice comes up that ‘my order doesn’t exist’! But I was charged for the order! And then when I went to inquire with their ‘customer service’ line, I sent them several emails before they even got back to me, and the only thing they said in their email was ‘sorry - we are looking into this matter - be patient’. And It’s been 2 weeks since recieving the ‘be patient’ email and I still haven’t heard back and I have no idea where my order is, or why it all of a sudden said that my order didn’t exist. Feels like a scam. Would not recommend to anyone. This review will stay right here, where it belongs, until my emails are answered and this problem has been solved.

What a joke! The product arrived a month later, and was soaking wet inside a plastic bag. The socks smelled of mildew and the colors were all running together. Don't waste your money, this company is a joke.

If you are planning to purchase socks here you should reconsider. i received socks purchased for Christmas, three days after Christmas, and the socks had black smug marks down the front of white socks. i emailed the company 7 times with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER...
