0 STARS!!!! This company is the epitome of absolute TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order on December 3rd and was promised delivery before Christmas. I did not even receive a tracking shipment confirmation until December 18th. I emailed them THREE times (with no response back) attempting to follow up on my order since it "could not be found" on their site. These socks arrived after Christmas, of course. Not only did they arrive late, couldn't find my order on their site, never responded to the emails I sent for follow-up (with the customer service email THEY provide on their website), and to top it off the order was completely WRONG when it finally did arrive. I received socks with men's faces I do not know all over it. Not to mention that the packing slip they packed with my order in the shipment was wrong as well. I emailed them right away once I received them on December 27th and got a response back on January 7th asking me to send a picture of the socks with men's faces on them as proof... Absolutely unacceptable. After searching Facebook reviews, Instagram comments, etc. I see that I am not the only one who this has happened too. They do not care about the customer, quality of the product, or correctness of their orders. THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. This company and their products are a complete sham and I would NEVER recommend to family, friends, or my worst enemies. Do better.

Do not order anything from this company - total joke. Ordered a blanket on December 3 and it still hasn't arrived as of January 10. The sent an email on December 22 with tracking information that changed every time I clicked on the link - one day the package was shipped, the next it wasn't, the next it was in transit, the next it was awaiting pick-up. Sent multiple emails and got no response. Worst customer service ever.

They sent me the wrong socks. Wrong size, wrong dog. I have emailed them through their customer service 5x since I received them for tge holiday and still have no response. It is ridiculous that I cannot contact them to correct this problem. Contacting them 5x with no resolution, for the cost if these socks- is crazy.

I purchased a Groupon which offered a $10 discount. I immediately purchased my socks which were going to be a Xmas gift for my husband. Ordered on 12/2, PupSocks supposedly shipped my order on 12/15, my order has not arrived as of 1/9. Tracking info states waiting “in transit to next facility”. I emailed PupSocks directly explaining in detail the issue on 1/5. I have not heard a word. I understand this may not be PupSocks fault but a response and completion of my order would be much appreciated. I have now reached out to Groupon for assistance. Beware when buying. No customer service # and lack of email response. If anything goes wrong, you may be out if your $ spent with them. I was really excited about the socks. Very frustrated and disappointed. Hoping the company will make this right as they have a really cute product.

I had the same problem many other reviewers have had. I ordered socks for Christmas. When I tracked the package it stated that they were undeliverable to my home and were sent back to the original sender. I have sent them emails and messages directly through the website but no one has responded. They were supposed to have arrived 12/24/18 but it is 1/9/19 and still no word from the company. Very upset that not only did I not get to give these as a present but now they won't contact me or refund me.

I ordered pupsocks on December 5th. I uploaded a picture of two dogs, one brown and one black. Asked for the brown dogs face on the socks. Socks came on 12/31 with the black dogs face on the socks. I have emailed pupsocks twice with zero response. Their customer service is seriously lacking!

I have no idea how this company has three stars overall. This company is HORRIBLE. I ordered two pairs of socks as a Christmas gift, they sent me someone else's order with a child a don't know on them. I have emailed them literally twenty times, first trying to get my correct order then wanting a refund since Christmas had passed. They have never responded. Total rip off! Horrible company!!!!

Without a doubt the single most disgusting thing I've ever worn on my feet. It's almost like putting a condom on your feet, they are a weird latex feeling material. They came pre-torn right out of the package. It didn't happen in shipping you can see where they printed over the rip .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$
