Ordered on 12/11. Now 1/4 and still no product. Got email 12/12 saying “in production” and nothing further until 12/22 saying it shipped. Their shipping service does not provide a date estimate. Now has been in transit longer than production. It arrived in my city 12/29 per the transit steps and still not here. And based on so many others experience even when it gets here there is a pretty good chance it won’t even be what was ordered. Worst online purchase experience in a long time. Will absolutely not use again.

Placed the order for cat socks for my wife, with pictures of our three cats, back on Dec 12th. Based on all the info on the site, I was expecting the socks to arrive by Christmas. Order didn't get shipped until the week before which caused them to be delayed. Which was fine, I understand the issues with shipping this year. However, when the socks did arrive a few days after Christmas, they were dog dad socks. I tried to reach out to the company through an email (which the email failed to be delivered) and through the online help portal where I got a message that I would receive a response in about 72 hours, but never received any email back within that timeframe. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to put a request to my credit card company to dispute the charges since I never received the order I place. Not sure if the company wants the dog socks back or not, so I am not sure if I should hold on to them incase they request them back or not as they don't send a return label with the order.

Wanted very much to support an American made company but I absolutely will not recommend Pup Sock to anyone. I would say the customer service is abysmal but I wouldn’t know because after multiple days and attempts to contact customer service (by email, chat, Facebook and Instagram) I never heard from them. They say satisfaction guaranteed, but they do not mean it. They took my money quick and then sent me a completely wrong order (ordered green socks with a dog, they sent purple socks with cats and fish bones. PayPal has been notified and BBB has numerous complaints for the same issues. Absolutely do not recommend this “company” and will never use them again. As I have researched this “company” further they make the same mistakes over and over with few happy customers.

The socks feel great and I do like the background color but the face of my dog on the sock is so dark you can't actually see anything. It looks like the silhouette of my dogs head, and then her brown eyebrows. That's it.

Still waiting on a refund. After 10+ times of trying to get in contact with you, and no response. I was sent a package 5 weeks later with a completely different order # and obviously the wrong package. Contacted my bank. And reported you to the bbb.

Poor quality and bad customer service

As of right now I think this is a shame. I order socks thankfully just socks and not multiple items like I wanted to. They sent the wrong socks with Someone else’s dog on the socks. Arrived 5 days late and still haven’t heard anything from anyone..

I was so disappointed with my order. I paid $30 a pair for cheap, poorly made socks. I placed my order on December 10th, over two weeks before Christmas, and didn’t receive the socks until the 29th. I reached out to customer service numerous times to inquire about the delay and got no response - I tried to cancel because I needed the socks by Christmas (I also would have paid for rushed shipping if that was an option), but I couldn’t because no one would respond to my inquiries. This was such a waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
