Zero customer service. They completely cut an ear off the photo of my dog, so as directed by their website I submitted a request for reprint via their customer contact form, including an uploaded photo of the socks with my one-eared dog. There was no auto-acknowledgment of my submission, and no human response to address the problem. I resubmitted my request and photo 8 days later, and still no acknowledgment nor response. Then I did research and saw all the similar complaints on parent company The Pup Collection LLC in Clearwater, FL, and even the Better Business Bureau states that they were ignored by this company when contacted about the "pattern of complaints" by customers. Go find a local tee shirt shop instead - They can print on anything.

I received socks that were different sizes. I tried to contact customer service several times and had a generic response or no response. (even though they said they would respond withing 3 business days) by the time they got back to me I could not get my new socks in time for Christmas. They promised 25% refund (I did not get) and got the socks in January. I will never order from them again.

This company is a scam. I purchased a Groupon and when I went to place my order, the web site would not allow me to upload my photo. There is no phone contact information. I have tried emailing them many times and No response. So now I am stuck with a Groupon that I cannot use. Bottom line: PupSocks received my money, but I do not have the product. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. All customers who have also been scammed by this company should also file a report with the Better Business Bureau. This company should not be in business.

Whatta Joke. No number to call. When you email them it takes days n days to get back to you. They messed up my bags, and didnt even acknowledge that they messed them up.

Avoid ordering there at all costs ! I've ordered and paid for two pairs on December 10th (knowing it would be short for Christmas but didn't mind). The order was ready on December 23th. It's now January 11th and it is still in shipping processing after one month (with tracking updates saying the item is going back and forth from cities to cites.. !?!). Worst company ever. I suspect it ay even be a scam.

I ordered a pair of pink socks with a photo of my mom's dog. I received red socks with a stock photo of a different dog, of a different breed. The company's phone number is not in service. I completed the return form and received no reply. I sent an inquiry to the email I received after I completed the order. No reply. So, I spent 30 bucks on useless socks. And they arrived several weeks late. What a scam operation.

I ordered these November 21st and it is now January 11th and they still have not arrived.

Ordered 2 set of socks. Both delivered WEEKS later and then one was ripped. This was a gift for Christmas. Sent message to company with picture that was required and have yet to get a response! Still have the socks and waiting. NO phone number to call!! D. Rizzo
