Ordered December 1st and charged on the date of order and the product still has not been received. After my 3rd inquiry regarding my order, I finally received a response after Christmas saying they were sorry and my order had been shipped along with a tracking number. The tracking number indicates that the package has still not been received by the shipper and therefore nothing has actually been shipped. My order of 2 pair of customized socks with my grandchildren and their goldendoodle was to be a Christmas gift. The lack of communication and dishonesty when they finally communicated was so disappointing. They did offer to refund $11.00 of the $50.50 charge.....I have received NOTHING. Plain and simple, I paid for a product, they took my money and did not provide the product. It is theft. If I were to do that to someone I would be stealing. That's what has happened here. I urge anyone considering ordering a product from them to save yourself the disappointment and aggravation and order through a more reputable company.

Tried to edit my original review but there was no option so here's an update. My socks that I ordered Nov 25 which were allegedly shipped December 14th arrived on January 17th. At this point I'm just amused by this fiasco. The picture I sent was of a border collie mix, black and white dog. The pictures on the socks are of a brown boxer-like dog and an orangey calico-type cat. They are the wrong size, M instead of S. The only thing they got right was the color. (purple) They appear to be well made even tho as everyone points out, it is an odd material. So if you got my socks, feel free to shoot me a note. :)

Awful quality. Purchased the socks. I definitely don’t recommend these. Tried to exchange them and NO response whatsoever.

Absolutely unacceptable. I would give ZERO stars if possible. I ordered $118.92 worth of socks to give as Christmas gifts. They took almost a month to receive, and upon receiving them I shipped them to our children- in 4 different locations. Christmas morning I was informed that the socks did not fit. They are made for broomstick size legs and Big Foot feet. They are not made for humans and they are not wearable. Customer service wants me to gather the socks from my children ($$$$) so I can ship them back ($) to receive a refund. Total waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE.

I bought a Groupon months ago. The code did not work. I have made several attempts to contact PupSocks and still unable to get resolution two months later. No one will answer the emails in over two weeks and there is no phone number call.

Very bad experience with this company. I never received the item and reached out to them several times asking for their help. All I got was silence... I contacted them twice (through their website) by email about not receiving my order. The first email was sent on Dec 29th and the second on Jan 10th. I never heard a reply back except for an automatic email that said: "Thanks for sniffing out PupSocks! We received your email request! Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as we can. We are working as hard as we can to get orders delivered and even harder to respond to all our valued customers. Please be patient after sending your initial email request." NOPE. You're really not working as "hard as you can" if you can't take 15 seconds to send your customers not an AUTOMATED response but a PERSONAL response letting them know you are aware of their problem and will be looking into it by X date so the customer knows that it's being handled and has an expected date of getting an update. I contacted them a third and final time to let them know that I would contact my credit card company to let them know that I never received my item and to to get a credit for what was charged to my account. I will also contact Groupon, where I purchased the voucher, to let them know what happened and to leave a non-favorable review of the company. I am very disappointed that I was not contacted at all (not even to let me know to be patient as the matter was being looked into), despite my repeated attempts for help with non-delivery of my item. I was very much looking forward to my socks. I would not recommend this company. Delivery of item was never received and customer service to help resolve issues was non-existent. Be wary. Be very wary...

If only I could put zero. I never received my order, the tracking number was never valid, and they have not responded to any emails. Bogus business. Do not do business with these people.

If I could put zero stars it would be better. The only good thing I can say about the socks is that the image looks just like my dog. But the socks are ill-fitting, and we got allergic reactions within an hour of putting them on. I've attempted to reach customer service at least 5 times, and have yet to hear from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
