ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Completely dishonest about production and shipment. I ordered from them on January 8, 2019. Website states: "Our one-of-a-kind products take about 10 business days to be produced. Once produced, shipping through DHL will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days." It has now been 20 business days and there is no update. I emailed customer service, who stated they are having production problems and that my order will go out in 3-4 more business days... NOPE! Lie again. I emailed them to follow up, have not heard back. For a product as simple, it must take a group of buffoons running the company to screw this up so royally. Do yourself a favor and go with any number of other companies that do this exact thing and avoid this site at all costs.

Add to my prior review: this company also is dishonest. They advertise themselves on Groupon and I purchased a voucher to utilize on their website for a certain dollar amount. When i get on their website, I immediately see that they are running a promotional sale with a nice percentage off. At checkout, I pay with my groupon and my credit card for the large balance that my groupon didn't cover and I put in the promised PROMO code. They do not apply the promo. I immediately write to customer service (again no response to at least 5 emails) Only after I receive the incorrect and poor quality socks, do they finally respond and say that the promo doesnt apply because the groupon is considered a promo. It DOES not state this on the website and they are dishonest in luring customers promising promotions which they do not honor.

I ordered two pairs of socks back in December with enough time for them to arrive by Christmas. The sock have still not arrived and the customer service team has been horrible. They've taken over a week to respond to every email that I've sent and have not tracked down the socks or provided a refund. They do not follow up on any customer service inquiries and instead I have to continuously message them every couple of weeks. This company is not very organized or reputable and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order on December 28th and still have not received my socks. I wanted two faces on my socks and paid the extra for them. The file was on one image as requested. When I asked about to use two dogs she led me to a site to add the photos on one file. I had already done this. Their system could not use the photo so I opted for one dog instead of two. Customer Service obviously did not read previous emails on the chain and did not understand my issue. Since them I have contacted Marietta in Customer Service 3 times in the past 4 weeks. She has not given me any information other than the socks are still in processing. These are cheap quality and I doubt they cost more than $3 wholesale, you slap a print on them and sell them for $40. PLEASE TRACK DOWN MY SOCKS AND SEND THEM! Thank you.

Ordered one of their blankets on January 2nd, then followed up with the company 10 days later to check the order status as it still showed to be 'in production.' I was promised that they were working on it and it would be completed and shipped soon. Followed up again a week later and was told it was near completion and would ship in 4 business days. Followed up again after 5 business days and was told they're no longer working with the vendor who makes the blankets and offered me socks and a refund as an alternative. I feel they should have been up front with me weeks earlier if there were problems with their vendor as opposed to stringing me along for the time that they did.

Buyer Beware! I ordered three sets of socks, two of which were fine. I have contacted the company regarding the printing defect of the third pair FOUR times with absolutely no response. Customer service is non-existent!! I would have ordered more pairs, but now encourage potential customers to run!

I placed an order in the 2nd of January and up to this day haven’t received my product or haven’t even heard back anything from them after multiple filled out forms from your contact us page in regards of where my socks are!!! I never write reviews but honestly I just don’t know how else I’m going to get a response!!!!!

I ordered the socks on December 11 today is January 24th. I still do not have my socks and I can't get any answers. Not happy at all as they were to be a Christmas gift!
