We were behind due to an influx of orders and we should have done a better job of informing you of that sooner, our communication has been lacking admittedly. Hi Marissa, I'm so sorry to hear your PupSocks experience wasn't the best. I have located your order, fast-tracked them; to get them printed and shipped out this week, and I have further refunded 40% of your order for the delay and inconvenience. I'm sorry about not being as accurate as possible about our production times. We're experiencing a huge influx of orders. We're working on better and effective ways to convey this information to our customers to keep their minds at ease, as well as be more transparent about delay times, and order statuses. Hi Erin, I'm so sorry to hear your PupSocks experience wasn't a hit! But please let me do my best to turn that experience around and restore your faith in our brand and company. I see it looks like we dropped the ball somewhere during the processing of your order. Our system has shown that while your socks were printed, the quality wasn't purr-fect. The typical process at this point is they are resubmitted through production. But unfortunately, a hiccup occurred during that process and your order was lost. I wish for a better way to word what happened, but this is the reality of what took place. We have since processed a full refund for you, and will fast-track these socks to you, because I can't wait to get those socks on your feet!
