Ordered almost 2 months ago and no sign of the socks. Customer service keeps telling me they will send the package but never do.

Placed my order on Feb 5th. Never received socks. Credit card was charged. I emailed them twice inquiring about my order. No one ever responded. I tried calling the number and it was out of service. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. 5/3/19 Update Wow! I finally got a reply from them today May 3rd. Almost 3 months after I ordered. I can’t seem to reply to them via this Trustpilot so I am editing my review with my response. I have never received the socks! Don’t have them, don’t have any tracking info, nothing. Maybe they are being delivered the same time frame of your response—Like 3 months later? Regardless, never doing business with you again. Plenty of other similar companies out there.

Very disappointed. I order 2 pairs of socks with the same image. It took a very long time for my order to be delivered to Canada. When I opened the package, there was only one pair (but I paid for 2). I emailed the company to advise. Ten days later, I have heard nothing from them.The quality of the socks I did receive isn't great. Very disappointed. I would have given them zero stars if I could have.I do not reccommend doing business with them. *** I am updating my review. I did hear back from the company apologizing for only sending one pair of socks. I did receive a refund. I still would not order from them again, but to be fair in my review, they did make it right.

Ordered on JANUARY 31st. It is now March 4th with an order still showing in production. Reached out several times and no one has gotten back to me. NEVER again. Wish I read these reviews before I got myself in the same situation

No communication on my order. I ordered at the end of January and my status is still in production. They were supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift but I have yet to receive any communication from them. My next step will be to file a disputed with my credit card company to get my money back. This frankly unacceptable. I wish had read the reviews before purchasing.

Don't order unless it's for next year - Ordered on 2/1 for a Valentine's Day gift. It's now 3/4 with no information other than a stock response that two weeks ago it was "in the final stages of production." "If you don't receive any word from us within 7 business days, please let me know!" I did with no response. "If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on this message and I will get back to you ASAP!" No response. Don't accept orders if you can't fulfill them!!

-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -Placed an order at the beginning of February and it is still in production a month later after being promised 10-14 business days. -I have contacted them through twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and email and still have yet to get a response. - HUGE SCAM. - Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered several pairs of socks in January and the order is shown as still being in production. I sent an email last week asking about status of order with no response. After reading the other similiar reviews, I can not recommend this company. I am afraid we have all lost our money.
