I am very disappointed because I ordered one pair on Feb. 5th and intended for it to be a Valentine's Day present for my husband and I still have not received anything. I reached out to them via the email on their website and have not gotten any response. Today, I looked for a phone number to call and cannot find anything. To me, this is extremely poor customer service to not even reach out to customers. I just really want my socks and to love this company, but am very frustrated right now.

Ordered my socks on 2/5 and have yet to get them. The site said 10 business days is standard, but could vary depending on the amount of traffic. Totally fine, I don't mind waiting longer one bit. BUT after 3 weeks and the tracking said it was still in production I reached out to see if I could get an update. 4 emails later and I still haven't gotten even a single response from anybody. I'm disputing the charge because this is absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on January 27th and still have not received the order! I have sent the company 5 emails requesting a status update. I receive only an automated reply saying thank you for contacting us, we will reply as soon as possible. I have not received one actual reply! I continue to log in to check the status and it still says "In Production." This is definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have never submitted a review before. I have to, to prevent anyone else from having to deal with this.

I also wish I could give this company less than 1 star. I placed an order on February 5th. I still have not received an update regarding my order and I’ve sent over 6 emails with no reply. Their customer service is horrible and their prices are expensive. I would not order from them again in the future.
