My girlfriend ordered socks on Feb. 6th and and they still haven’t shipped. She has tried reaching out multiple times and received no response. On Feb. 21st she wrote a review on here and was finally contacted by the company and was told that “it hasn’t been 10 business days since she ordered it” and was asked to remove the review because “it wasn’t warranted”. Well here we are 12 business days since she left the review and 23 business days since placing the order and still no socks!! This company has AWFUL customer service and I will make sure all my friends with pets NEVER buy anything from them.

I placed my order on Feb. 16, they charged my credit card the same day. On Mar. 4th & 5th I sent messages inquiring about my order, since it says it is still “In Production”. Today, Mar. 11th, I sent a 3rd message inquiring about my order. I have heard nothing from them after ordering over 3 weeks ago. They certainly are happy to charge me as soon as I place my order, but they don’t care about holding up their end of the deal.

I ordered my socks in January of 2019 and still have not received them. Is there anything that can be done. I had gotten a groupon. Does anyone have a phone number to contact?

The worst company that I have ever worked with! I ordered these socks on December 2 - never received in time for Christmas after numerous emails to the company. Finally received my order in January and the order was incorrect. They will not refund my socks and are giving me a discount on my next order. I will never order from this company again! The worst experience I have ever received in the retail industry and I think the product is very low quality. I receive way too many excuses about why the item was late, why the items was incorrect, and why they can't give me new socks. It is ridiculous. I am shocked they this company was given a platform on t.v. to showcase their product and customers like me trusted that it was a reliable and respectable company to work with. Do not ever buy from this company.

Put in my order MORE than a month ago. January 27 to be exact. Still haven’t received it. Was told they would place my order on the FAST-TRACK list two weeks ago and my order is still showing in-production. When I asked if I could just cancel the order, I was told there would be a cancellation fee bc my order was already “in production”. If you want prompt service this is not the site to order from. If you want to receive your order by Christmas, this is def the site to order from

I ordered a pair of socks on January 27th as a gift, it is now March 11th, and they are still 'in production'. I have emailed multiple times asking for an update, and why it is taking so long- I had ordered these as a gift for a birthday that has long since come and gone. The website states it can take up to 10 business days, it has been almost 2 months now! It took 2 weeks for anyone to reply, and they just said that they are still in production... unacceptable

I never write reviews, but I would have liked to know this upon ordering.. a MONTH after ordering and e-mailing and not really hearing back from anyone, finally someone got back to me and told me it was going to take an additional 2 weeks to process. I emailed back asking what happened with the delay, but yet again didn’t hear back from anyone, so I decided to cancel my order. Poor customer service, I would not recommend.

I share the same story with another person who wrote a review and purchased socks January 31, 2019. I have not received my socks and have had horrible contact from this company. I sent several emails before getting a response that showed a partial refund with "there are more details below for your reference" included in the email. There were no further details. I was refunded the $3.00 for shipping but was not refunded for the Groupon I purchased to buy this item. Now I don't know if my order was canceled or they are just giving me free shipping. Of course my socks still show "In Production" so there are no answers there. I would really love to receive these socks but absolutely will never work with this awful company again.
