I would like to give a good review but I ordered my socks on the 21st of February,emailed the company and no socks and no response! Very unhappy! I don’t mind waiting for them (I live in US) but no contact and no update on the status is unacceptable. Ruining the day...

Terrible service. I ordered my socks Jan 13th and didn't receive them until March 14th!! I had emailed the company 3 times before I was able to get 15% off my order but still a month later did not recieve them. The socks suck! They are not stretchy, very large in the foot but small on the ankle. Do not order from here.

Ordered in January, and I still haven't received my product. I wrote one review already, where I received a mail saying sorry. Today about a month after that mail I can see my order is still in production. You should never order from this company - complete scam!

This is insane. I placed my order on Jan 30th. Today is Mar 15th and I STILL have not received my product. I have emailed the company twice now and have not received a response. If there is,in fact, a problem with production, PupSocks should reach out to their customers who are waiting. If you are reading this review, choose a different company!

I placed my order on January 23. Today is March 15 and I have not received my product. I have made several attempts to contact with no response or confirmation. This site is a scam. Now I'm having to go through the frustration of disputing the charge since I don't foresee this product ever arriving or that my request to cancel was received. Don't buy from this site, do your due diligence and research before ordering

Placed order on Feb 1st, it is now March 14th and order is still in production. I emailed PupSocks on February 23rd since my order status had not changed and I didn’t receive a response. I contacted Groupon on February 28th regarding this Groupon, I stated I had contacted PupSocks and had not received a response from them. I also stated I didn’t understand how they were still advertising this Groupon when clearly I wasn’t the only customer having this issue. (As of March 14th, PupSocks is still available on Groupon.) PupSocks immediately contacted me (on 2/28) after I contacted Groupon, and refunded me the three dollars I paid for shipping through them: regret to inform you that production fell behind due to an issue with our manufacturing company and we apologize for the unforeseeable delay. With that said, I must inform you that your order is currently in production; however, it is a bit delayed. In an effort to accommodate for the trouble, we would like to extend a refund for the cost of shipping. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! Rest assured, we are doing our very best to get orders out in a timely manner. You will receive an email containing shipping details as soon as the order ships. As of March 14, the status has not changed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My order was in production for more than 30 days. I sent emails requesting information and never received a response. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. THEN the company contacted me to tell me they could refund part of my charge because there is a non-refundable production fee. Use PhotoBoxer instead. This company is a scam. They're a joke.

I wish I'd have read some reviews before I ordered from this company. The order was placed on 2/8 and as of 3/13, NO SOCKS. When I asked to cancel the order, the representative stated that a $9 cancellation fee would be assessed since the socks were in production. In production for OVER A MONTH.. Use Etsy or another vendor.
