Worst online buying experience
Worst online buying experience! Don’t buy from this company! Find another sock company. Took forever to make my order... which was two pairs of the same socks... then they only sent me one pair almost two months later. I paid for two! Ugh. Most frustrating company... now back to waiting and waiting for my second pair. Was a valentines gift I ordered in January and here it is end of March!

So far a very sad experience
So far, NOT IMPRESSED. My order has been in for 48 days. Website just says "IN PRODUCTION". My emails for an update have been unanswered/Ignored, I would say AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY if you are like me and expect any kind of update or reply. Horrible Customer Service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
They have screwed up my order THREE TIMES and it’s two and a half months since I placed the order and still have not received the full order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT WILL TAKE MONTHS TO GET YOUR ORDER AND EVEN THEN IT SHOWS UP WRONG. I honestly wish I could give negative stars.

Do NOT order from this company!
This is without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered 2 pair on January 21, 2019 thinking they would be here by Valentine's Day. Two months later just one pair arrives and they are 2 different size socks! I have yet to see the other pair. The worst part about it too, they do NOT respond to repeated attempts to request a status update! Do not order from the disreputable company. There are other companies that provide this service!

Still waiting & zero response from Pupsocks
I placed an order for a pair of pupsocks on 2/15. Five weeks later, the status is still "in production". I have sent multiple requests for an update or a refund if they are unable to fulfill the order, but I have gotten no response. My credit card was charged when I placed the order. I am starting to wonder if this is a legitimate business.

Socks... Where are youuuu?
I'm still waiting on my order from Feb. 8, 2019. Status online still says "In production" and I've even emailed inquiring the status... still waiting for a response, it will probably come with the socks. I'd say use a different site for for your custom sock orders.

Do not order!
Do not order!! I ordered through Groupon on Feb 6th and have yet to receive nor can I track my order! Took forever for someone To respond and then all they said was it’s still being processed 😡

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Placed an order of 4 items on January 10 aware of long wait times. 1 item arrived March 1, and left me wondering where the rest were. Used tracking number and the package said delivered. Used order number and it said completed. It has been 18 days since my first item arrived, still waiting on the other 3!! There goes $100!! the item I received seemed cheap quality, disproportionate to a foot, and were just terrible. This company is awful
