Wish I could give a worse rating, honestly. I ordered on 3/5/19 and they say my order is still in production on 4/1/19. I emailed them last week (only contact method listed on their website) and they have not responded. I wrote again today, but am tempted to just ask for a refund at this point. These were supposed to be a gift and it's really disappointing that my gift will now be late, thanks to this horrible company. This company needs to get it's act together or just shut down, because it's not running a very good business right now.

Terrible customer service. They don't even respond to emails. They lied about when my order was going to be shipping. I placed an order with them on 2/20/19 and have still yet to get my order on 4/1/19 or even any update on the matter. I will never place another order with them again. At this point I just want me money back.

If you enjoy rip-offs and horrid customer service, this is the company for you. I placed 3 orders starting back in January and after multiple e-mail exchanges, I finally received 2 of them. The one I ordered first says "still in production" despite the "Customer Service" rep stating he had personally walked down to have it printed. I guess he got tired of lying and decided to stop responding or maybe they just decided to put this sham of a company out of its misery and close shop. Regardless, I used a Groupon for these so I'm hopeful of at least getting a refund by going to them instead of trying to deal with these clowns. I wish I had read the mountain of negative reviews these crooks have received prior to ordering, but I didn't so I guess I'll just add to the pile and hope someone out there learns from my mistake. There are many other companies selling the exact same product that have somehow figured out how to actually deliver on their orders, have received much more favorable feedback and are far more deserving of your business then PupSocks. USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! I am order number 745770.

I'm so disappointed with this company! My order took over 6 weeks to arrive (the web site says 10 days) and it was not worth the wait! My sister gave me socks with my pup's face on them for Christmas and I ordered some for her in return. This is clearly not the same company that she ordered from b/c there is a dramatic difference in quality. Not to mention they did not crop the image the way that I had asked nor did they respond to an email I sent inquiring about my order. Go elsewhere.

I ordered 3 pairs of identical socks on January 23rd. It's March 29th and 1 pair arrived. I was told that it is their process to send all 3 pairs of identical socks separately so I am waiting for the second pair to be made and mailed and then will have to do the same again for the third pair. I've asked to have my order cancelled and money refunded, but no answer.

Unacceptable customer service, they only responded to a few emails and were not helpful. I'm waiting over a month now for my socks and have not got any type of timeframe, terrible gift buying experience.

Ordered 4 pairs of socks for my family as gifts Jan 24th. I have only received one pair so far! It is March 28th. The company is ridiculously difficult to get in touch with. When I finally heard from someone at the end of February they told me of a manufacturing delay. My order says complete and yet I have not received what I ordered. And I cannot get in touch with anyone! Save your money! This company does not deliver its goods but it is very quick to charge your credit card. Poor customer experience!!

Took almost 2 months for my pair of socks to come in due to manufacturing issues that I found out about a month after ordering. This company is super hard to get in touch with considering they don't even have a telephone number listed anywhere on their website. After a little over a month and a half of ordering, the socks came in and they are super cute, but the overall production and shipping process was terrible.
