I ordered a pair of socks 12/05/18
I ordered a pair of socks 12/05/18, they never came for Christmas but arrived late January to only be the wrong size. I contacted them immediately asking for the correct size and I confirmed they were making a small. They confirmed back and said it will be processing. Now, may, of 2019, they sent me the same pair that they had sent in the beginning. The wrong size. I have waited since last December to wear these and give one pair as a Christmas gift. This place sucks so bad. I have never dealt with such a bad company. Maybe the ones I ordered for Christmas 2018 will hopefully be here by Christmas 2019!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They take your money and never respond to you so you can't even try to get a refund. Scam of a company! I will drag Pup Sock's name to everyone I ever encounter.

AWFUL customer service
I ordered my socks on 2/6/2019, and it took 2 MONTHS for only part of my order to come in. It is now 4/18/2019, and I am STILL WAITING for the rest of my order (despite the 10 day business day promise posted on website). The customer service/satisfaction is absolutely terrible. I have reached out (via email) several times, but nothing. Ridiculous!

I wish I had read these reviews before…
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered/paid for 3 pair of socks. MONTHS later I received 1 pair of socks. I have reached out 3 times and received no response or refund. Terrible way to do business.

My order took 2 months to "ship"
My order took 2 months to "ship". I then received a notice that they were delivered on April 6th and I still have not received the product to this day. A complete waste of money.

I ordered socks in early December
I ordered socks in early December. Many attempts to contact the company. Still have not received a refund. Do not buy from this company. Update 5-10-2019 I did not receive a refund. They refunded someone else’s account. Not mine. The other persons email was listed in their correspondence to me. I emailed them to notify them of their error. Have not heard back. Do not buy from them. 5/11/2019 update I did not use two email addresses. The second one does not belong to me. If probably belongs to another customer of yours, the one that got my refund!!! Perhaps if you reached out directly to me we could resolve this. Six months and still no resolution. Do not buy from this company.

Do not expect any reply to a request for help or for refund
I ordered on February 3 and received a notice on March 20 that the product was shipping. It is now April 15 and the tracking code still indicates that a label was generated but the package was never supplied to the USPS. Sending messages to "customer service" through the contact form is futile. Nobody answers. Their Facebook page is covered with comments from unfulfilled customers. Many customers are reporting the wrong product is delivered. The company has not posted or responded since December. Scam or complete incompetence. UPDATE: The order finally arrived on May 9. Customer service eventually replied to me, including copies of all my messages sent to them over months. They knew there was a problem. They just chose not to respond. Was the resolution from persistence? Was it contacting the BBB? Was it contacting the local humane society to see if they actually receive support/donations from this company? We'll never know. Regardless of the change of production facilities or contractors, the fault here (and seen in so many other reviews) is that there is no customer service. This is something a company can control without blaming a third party. Perhaps instead of Zach promoting his success of $8M revenue in 30 days, he could better invest in a company that can actually scale... and stay off of instagram, boasting about success when he isn't really successful with his customers.
