My socks were in the pre-shipment phase for 2 weeks. When I contacted customer service, she was curt and rude. When I finally received them, the socks are a weird texture and the image looks distorted. These were way too expensive for the quality and customer service I received. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

My socks have a huge snag in them and I have sent multiple requests for a new pair or my funds refunded. I have heard nothing back and will not recommend or use again if this is not resolved.

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a pair of socks with pictures of my dogs and they sent me some random socks in the wrong color and most importantly WITHOUT MY DOGS PICTURES!! I reached out twice via email and Instagram and they never got back to me. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The socks do not portray the dog color of fur at all. It is gray and not black. Therefore I will not be giving these to anyone for a Christmas present and will be donating. Very disappointed.
