Order # 2723175 was a gift for two pair of socks for my sister and her husband with their cat's face over a custom design. Had the socks directly shipped to them so I didn't know what they looked like until my sister asked me why did I send them socks with random dog faces on them. I have tried reaching PupSocks and they do not reply to my requst for a refund, or to correct the order and ship the socks I actually requested. Email address comes back in error. Sent a requst via their Help function on the website, no response. Mistakes happen and that's fine. Even if it takes 2 weeks to fix that's fine. But not responding to a customer concern at all is not cool.

Not only did I get the complete wrong order, I have sent 2 emails to customer service and I have not gotten a response. I have never had this issue in the past with this company so it is very disappointing. Paying $47 for socks and someone else’s animal is extremely frustrating when it was suppose to be a blanket with a picture of the owner’s dog I attached to the order. It is ridiculous I havent Heard from anyone.

Horrible experience. I received my socks and the face is completely black! Who would even allow those to be sent to a paying customer? Baffles me. I’ve been waiting for a response to my email for 1 week now.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Stay away from this company. You won't get your order. Ordered on 12/13 for Christmas. Said would be delivered before then. They say they shipped on 12/21. Gave me a tracking number. That number reports that UPS is waiting for the package. Messaged them multiple times on their website. NEVER received a reply. So as of 1/4/2022 no socks. Contacted credit card and received a refund.

The order came incorrectly…the wrong dog was on the socks. Have been trying to get in touch with customer service and the email on the website “is unable to receive mail”. I tried going directly through the website form and still haven’t heard back. I was excited to give this as a gift but, unfortunately, will not be using this company again.

The print on the socks of our dog turned out great...unfortunately the socks are tight around my husband's ankles/top of his feet and he will not be able to wear the socks.

Socks are not good quality. They sent the wrong pet on my order (not even my pet). Emailed customer service a week ago and still have not heard back from them. Don’t even want a replacement given the quality…

I ordered the gift with 2 day shipping or money back guarantee early enough to where they should have arrived the 23rd, after they let me know it was shipped. It got to there the 29th. I contacted customer service to get my money back and no response. Hard enough having to navigate submitting my request, but the picture on the socks is super dark. Waste of money for the shipping and no response from customer service made me think it was a scam. Do not recommend this site, only causes frustration when money is tight.
