Your cat was accompanied by a dog and bone due to the PupSocks template being selected for your socks rather than the CatSocks template. The pup socks i ordered were not anything like i thought they would be. First the socks are made from a cheap material and second my pure white dog came out looking like a grayish brown dog! Not impressed at all...

My order was totally done wrong. They sent me 2 pairs with the wrong dog photo. I had ordered 5 pairs, and Im wondering who got my socks, and whose socks I have???? There is no phone number to call or any way to get ahold of the company to make this right. They have my money, and I have no socks.

I placed an order one week before Thanksgiving, and I have yet to receive my entire order. I have communicated four times about this issue. The last time I received someone else's order, and I had to wait five plus days to get it. They say I should receive my order soon and it will be overnighted to me. Well who knows. If you talk to them via email and then via chat, they obviously do not communicatie with each other. Because the email people always say your order has been fullfiled. So my experience is not good. They don't even offer to make a compensation since they screwed up. And to top it off, I couldn't even give the gift on time, because I didn't have it. Update 12-10-19 everyone at this company says something different, now they say I received a refund of $100. Yet the missing items were one large blanket, three pair of socks, so they didn't even refund the whole amount. I was informed I would still receive said items and would be overnighted to me, False. I have received nothing. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. Go elsewhere.
