They sent a fake tracking number that every day shows it’s arriving the next day. Their customer service email address is now inactive and bounces back. Total scam.

I received the wrong order - wrong dog and type of socks. I tried reaching out to customer service almost a week ago and have received no response.

Terrible! I will never order for them again. I have tried to reach them 10 times and no one responds. I never received my order.

After ordering my socks, selecting 2 day air, and a money back by Christmas guarantee, I didn't receive socks until December 30th. I say socks and not "my socks" because it wasn't actually my pair of socks that I received. I received a random pair with random faces on it, and not my socks of my 2 dogs. Customer service is awful. I reached out before my socks arrived, to request a refund, which was never answered. After receiving the wrong pair of socks, I reach out 3 separate times to get the correct socks and my money back, and still nothing. Do not order from this company. I wish I could give them zero stars.

after emailing them to check on the status of my order customer service never got back to me. When my order finally arrived it was wrong! They gave me someone else's order! Also, the quality was not up to my expectations for what I paid. Would not recommend and will not be ordering from them in the future.

This was the worst experience ever and we are in the process of having our credit card reverse the cards. I paid extra to get my stuff before Christmas, with a guarantee from Pupsocks that it would be here, but it never arrived. I tried contacting customer service multiple times to no avail. Then when stuff arrived the dog face is nothing but a black blob. Never ever buy from these people unless you want nothing but a headache and to be ripped off.

Complete scam, look at there social media. They haven’t even posted since early 2021. Business was caught for fraud , and they got my money . I advice save your money as cool as the product sounds, you’ll regret spending 40 bucks for one pair of socks and I ordered three. Shame.
