Stay away! I ordered some socks for a Christmas gift and got a notice that they were shipped! They were shipped....to someone in California! I live in Rhode Island! Tried to contact them but get a computer generated letter stating they need 48 to 72 hours to get back to me! They never do! And, they have no working phone number! It's a scam! Bad place to do business with!

This seems more and more like some sort of scam. I ordered December 1st and when I ordered it said the item would arrive in time for Christmas. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard a thing so I sent an email asking what was going on. I was reassured my item would ship in the the next three business days (that never happened). Eventually, days later, there was a shipping label created so I waited a day or two and no tracking info was updated. I reached out and was told it was out of their hands now that that carrier has the item BUT the carrier does not have the item, they just have the tracking info associated with it and are waiting for the item. For FOUR days now. Christmas is in 5 days so something tells me I won't be getting the item on time. The customer service rep was not helpful and basically said sorry it may not come on Christmas, no offer to help find it, give a refund, NOTHING. SO this overpriced blanket I ordered may not even exist and no one is answering my emails anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. They clearly just want your money and then it's a hot mess from there.

Make sure to check before you say yes to this. Twice they produced the worst cropping even after I expressed what I wanted. Now the holiday stocking stuffer will not happen. I would shop around at this point especially given their price point. Buyer beware.

Updated: Customer service contacted me and reshipped my order to me. I received the order on 12/23. My kids absolutely loved the products. The socks are kind of a weird texture, but my son loved them. The blankets are very soft and everyone loved those! I placed an order on 11/24. Got an email that it shipped on 11/26, but I never received it. I contacted the company and they said they investigated and it looked like my order was lost by the USPS so they placed me a new order on 12/9. They assured me that I would have a new tracking number in 2-5 business days. Today is 12/17 and I have no tracking number. I contacted them and they told me that a template was just made and my order should ship in 3-5 business days. I’m not holding my breath. Looks like I got scammed.

I was contacted by the company, to have my order fixed, and re sent to me.. I still have not received any further info, nor have I received a refund.. I ordered end of November, in time for Christmas, and still nothing
