Our website states that orders placed after 12/11 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, and all customers must agree to this before placing their orders. Production on orders placed after the cutoff takes 14 business days so that we are able to wrap up the holiday season. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. After looking into our records, I see where your order was shipped and where the tracking never started. This does not mean that we never sent your package. USPS has 6 business days to scan packages and sometimes packages are lost before even being scanned. This is very unfortunate and also unforeseen.
