My brown and white dog came out blue. When I contacted Pup Socks they didn’t even reply. Do not recommend them.

Would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered from them october 2017 and my order had not arrived after 6 weeks or so. Not even a tracking number. I attempted to request a refund because my order wasn't going to make it by christmas and I couldn't get a response from anyone with the company regarding where my order was. I filed a complaint with the BBB in december 2017. They just responded yesterday. I did NOT accept the response because I was only ever offered a coupon for their incompetence. I warned people on facebook about their tactics and they blocked me.

I placed an order on December 6th as a Christmas gift. Order was received in a timely manner however it was not the correct item. To this day I am still waiting on the correct order. They keep giving the run around about making a new one and sending it out. Mind you I spent over $100.00 with this company. Awful customer service!

What in the world is this weird sock material??? The socks are huge and wide in the feet and so tight in the ankle and leg. They do not fit at all. For $25 a pair you'd think they would be some material that socks are usually made out of that fit people. I really wasn't expecting them to be this bad.

Totally bummed on the quality of these socks. They look great but before even putting them on a huge seam was ripped and now the socks are ruined. Really poor quality.

I purchased 3 blankets total and 2 pair of socks this Christmas at different times. One blanket took a very long time to get delivered even after checking on the status. When it was finally delivered it was the wrong one. They said they would expedite the correct blanket however, after 6 days I still hadn’t received a confirmation and on follow up with pupsocks they informed me there was an issue and it was not sent. So again, I wait. It is a couple weeks since Christmas and my mother still has yet to receive her gift. Pupsocks assures me it is on the way. We shall see if I actually get this. I requested a full refund and they only offered 15% refund. I continued to express dissatisfaction and they gave a 50% refund. I am not fully satisfied with the customer service.

I received them as a gift and I do not mean to sound ungrateful, but I was quite disappointed in them. The fabric is very strange and they feel like compression socks when I wear them. They are shaped very weird and are straight from the side, which is definitely not the shape of a foot. The socks had both my dogs on them but one of their ears got cropped. They were also pink, which is my least favorite color. I reached out to the company to see if I could get them in a different color and with out my dogs ear dropped off, which I made clear in my first email, as well as the fact that they were a gift. They responded with placing an order, with out changing the color like I requested and with out confirming an address. So if I had not canceled the order that I did not confirm they would have been sent to the gift-givers house. After cancelling the order and told them to forget it I will just accept the socks I have, they gave me a code. I am not sure if it was a coupon code or what it was but I went to go use it because I would love a pair of socks that I actually like with my dogs face it, and it didn't work; not for the coupon code nor the gift card code. So thanks for literally nothing. I have let all my friends know that they were not helpful.
