Hi Martinez, Thank you so much for your feedback. It is never our intention to deliver a substandard product. We’ve worked so hard to create a structured production and fulfillment process and hate that we dropped the ball with your order and for that, we apologize. We wanted to ensure that your order issue has been resolved, however, we could not find any contact attempts in regards to quality. With that said, please email our support team directly at [email protected] to confirm that your order issue has been rectified. We appreciate your patience. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae
