Hi Jennifer, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We are terribly sorry to hear that the crop did not come out as you ancitipated. The faces on our socks on the website are all going up and down, it's not till you get to the curve in the foot where they look different, as they are on a foot mannequin, which may change the look a bit. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do see where one of our representatives replied offering a replacement. Although, you asked for a refund, we wanted to see if we could replace the order for the inconvenince, but we did not receive a response. As a young company , we are constantly improving on the quality, design, and shape of our socks and we will be sure to keep your feedback in mind while making future changes.
