My order arrived after Christmas and didn’t even use the picture of our cat. I received a pair of socks with a random dog on them. There is no way of contacting anyone to get the order fixed. Each of my emails were returned by Gmail as “non deliverable”. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time and money.

Sent me socks with the wrong pup, have not emailed me back to make it right.

You never shipped my socks. You took my money, charged my credit card, and the socks were never shipped. I wrote numerous emails over the course of three weeks asking about the order and never got a response.

I still have not gotten them.

Unfortunately order was late… arrived after Christmas. And order was inaccurate. Of 3 pairs ordered, only one was correct. In addition, sock quality is poor. Wrong sock colors and dogs on the socks not even mine! I emailed immediately and have received no response at all. I had high hopes based upon their website and marketing. Very disappointing.

Product did not meet expectations whatsoever. I contacted customer service but have now heard back

The photo images of my dogs came out great but the sock quality is terrible and they do not fit well. The socks are fun to look at but unfortunately I will not be wearing them :(

I still have not gotten them!! Thanks for no Christmas present!
