After looking into your order details, It looks like there weren't any notes left for our designers on how to crop the photo, which is why the faces were cropped separately. Hi Cherri, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear you were charged twice. Once an order is placed, we are not able to add any additional charges outside of the payment. After looking into our records, I can see where one of our representatives asked if you ordered through Paypal, because PayPal has been experiencing issues lately. We wanted to ensure you did not place your order with PayPal before we could move forward. I can also see where one the representative tried to provide a resolution, however, they never received a response. I can assure you we would never end a chat without providing a proper resolution.
