I ordered 3 Paris of one size and another pair of a bigger size and received all 4 of the same size!! I also paid extra for the grift wrap and didn’t receive it!! I would never recommend buying from this company, very disappointed 😠

This company is shady. Don't buy from them. I bought a groupon for $20 that gives $30. The groupon expired and even though the promotional value is no longer valued, you are supposed to get the amount you paid for it at face value. I would have been fine using the $20 I paid, but the company says that it expired and they get to just keep my $20. They did throw in a $10 discount on any purchase of their ridiculously expensive $30 for one pair socks. I wouldn't want crap from a company that steals from consumers. I paid $20 of my hard earned money and should get $20 of product. In my opinion this company does not care about customers. They are out to rob you, so don't trust them with your beloved pets pictures.

Placed an order and didnt recieve tracking details or an order reference got charged in USD even though the banners on the website insinuated it was Australian and i couldn't cancel the order or they would have charged $9 per item.

I ordered two pair of socks as Christmas gifts. When I received the order, the material is not at all what I expected nor does it look or feel comfortable. The pictures of the dogs are not clear either. I’m really disappointed! What I hoped would be cute gifts has me feeling like I need to buy them something else.
