Typically when this type of error occurs, it is due to the dark color of the pet. We would recommend editing the brightness of the photo to receive the best outcome. Regarding the proof, We wish we had the ability to send you a proof prior to production, however, we cannot provide a proof due to a series of necessary steps in order to send out a quality controlled product in a timely manner. We’ve worked hard to build out a process that all of our orders go through, including our team’s genuine attention to detail to ensure your order is created with care.
