Not received. No response from customer service
I placed an order 6 weeks ago that I have not received yet. I have contacted customer service but have not heard back from them.

Bad socks
Honestly disappointed in the quality of the socks I got. You cannot wear them without stretching the heel or bunching up the part ontop of your foot and they are super uncomfortable. The print quality was great but the sock supplier is absolute garbage.

I am someone who never writes reviews…
I am someone who never writes reviews and I prefer to write good ones for good products. I was so excited about the pup socks but when they came they are made out of a weird synthetic blend, can't imagine they would be comfortable or even stay up. The picture I sent was a good one but you can barely make out any of the dogs features. They were expensive for what they are. Would not order from this company again.

The socks are way too big with…
The socks are way too big with absolutely no shape. The photo has printed well but they are just a token gift, no way can they actually be worn. Disappointed with the purchase!

Long wait for delivery if you're not in US
Ordered my socks on 23rd october and on 24th November I am still waiting for them. They are made and shipped from the US, which is where it appears the problems are in the shipping chain. If you're outside of the US expect to wait a long time for delivery. I know this is a period of restricted travel due to covid, but this still too long to wait. I have ordered other items from overseas which have arrived within 7 days. I recommend to Pupsocks to review their shipping suppliers. Happy to update the review on the quality once/if I receive the goods

Delivery time
Sorry don’t normally do reviews and certainly not bad ones as companies have the odd one go wrong. But I am fed up with receiving numerous emails asking me to review their product so here it comes. ORDERED ON 19 OCT STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM!! If you want something for Christmas I really wouldn’t bother, I on the other hand may get lucky, who knows?

I do not recommend this company
I submitted a picture of our cat. It was a very clear picture, and his eyes stood out beautifully as did his white markings. All you could see on the blanket was a solid black outline of a cat’s head. You couldn’t make out eyes, nose, mouth.....nothing. I didn’t return it because I just didn’t have the time. Having done face socks in the future and loved them, this was a huge disappointment.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these sucks. They are a Christmas gift for my daughter but I know that she will never wear them. DO NOT buy this item!
