I ordered the socks on December 8 to be a stocking stuffer. I got the socks today on January 4th. The email I sent to ask about delivery issues never received a response. The picture was not cropped according to my instructions. DO NOT order anything from this company.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! NOW THEY WANT ME TO GIVE A REVIEW?? I even submitted a ticket/sent an email with my order ID and tracking # to have the order issue resolved. I never got a response for several days. I sent a follow up email. Nothing!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Product took forever to be delivered and then was not what I ordered, customer service is non-existent. No phone number and no-one answers emails, check the web, there are thousands of others just like me that have been fleeced by these thieves. SAVE YOUR MONEY and look somewhere else.

They sent me socks with someone else’s dog and never replied to my emails for a return or refund. Also the socks are hard and feel like plastic.

Arrived late and didn't even have my dog's image on the socks. Waste of money.

The photo of my kitty was too dark on the socks. You could not even tell it was him. I would never buy from you again, and I will not recommend your company.
