Hi Kate, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your socks did not come out as anticipated and that the size and shape of our socks did not meet your expectations. We use a specific fabric to press the socks so that they don't burn. The shape of the socks has to be flat so that they can print evenly.
