I ordered purple socks with 3 animal…
I ordered purple socks with 3 animal faces. I received white socks with 1 animal face...and it wasn't even one of my animals!

The quality of the socks is really poor…
The quality of the socks is really poor for the price you pay. I bought these for a good friend of mine who loves her dogs, however I don't think I will be giving them to her, they look that bad:(

Sorely Disappointed
I placed an order for three pairs of socks on November 6 (#2328646). On November 10th I received an email advising me that the order was delayed but would be going into production very soon. On December 1 I sent an email inquiring about my order as when I checked the status on the website it said still 'in production'. As these socks were intended to be Christmas gifts for two of my children, it was essential they arrived in time for Christmas. I received a reply email advising me there was no way of knowing when my order would be completed (???!!!) or whether or not I would receive the order by Christmas. I therefore was forced to request cancellation of my order. Very disappointed! Hard to imagine I could order these at the very beginning of December and in an entire month they haven't even been manufactured yet and I cannot even get an answer on when they will be produced. Not sure what kind of supply chain operation your running there....

Just don't buy from these guys!
I received 2 pairs of socks, but one had no personalization. The dog used wasn't even a golden doodle and one of the images looked like a brown dinosaur head. I can only assume there is no quality control at all. The other pair had some images, but not the 4 I paid extra for. Do not order these overpriced socks! I don't mind paying a premium for a personalized gift, I do however, mind very much, paying for something I did not order from a company who cares so little about quality.

Ordered a pair of pup socks on 11/6/20
Ordered a pair of pup socks on 11/6/20. Today is 12/4/20 and still have not received them nor a confirmation from the company that I would receive the promised 15% refund and originally ordered socks within 3-5 business days. Very unpleasant Edit: Have been fully refunded, was also told the socks would still be delivered and are on the house. Have received the refund but still no sign of the socks.

No Response From Customer Service...
Terribly disappointed in the lack of communication from this company. I placed an order Nov 6th—it is now December 4th and still haven’t received my order. I have sent 4 emails total asking about an update, but they haven’t replied other than the automated email stated that they received the email and that they would get back to me within 24 hours. I understand that the holidays and various things could prolong my shipment, but not a month.

Horrible
Horrible. Charged me right away. Never received the order. Just lie after lie from the company about them being shipped. Do not recommend.
