Hi Tatjana, Thanks for the feedback! We are terribly sorry you did not receive your package as anticipated. Besides it being the holiday season, COVID affected our shipping timeframes tremendously. I noticed you were in Canada which means you experienced more of a delay because of your countries own Covid protocol. I am happy to see you were impressed with the print of the socks. I see you weren't satisfied with the overall quality of our socks. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. In order for us to improve as a company, we take your feedback extremely serious. We would love for you to please give us a 2nd chance. Please go to Gopupsocks.com and use "Trust20" on any other of our custom-made products! We want and appreciate your business! Warm Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🐶

Hi Kristen, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We do apologize for the order issues you experienced with your previous order. We strive for exceptional quality and hate that we dropped the ball with your special order. With dark animals, we advise sending a picture that was taken in great lighting to achieve the best results. Your cat's photo left half his face and body purple. Looks like the glare of a screen. We only crop pictures we do not edit your loved ones' photos. After looking into our system, I could not find any contact attempts. With that said, please email our support team directly at [email protected] so we can rectify your order issue. We look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🐩

With that said please email us directly at [email protected] so we can create a solution at this time. We look forward to hearing you. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🐶
