The socks are cut straight with no heel and very uncomfortable as well as not a normal sock fabric. unwearable. The mask is very small and not cut to properly fit with gaps around the nose. Poorly made. A shame since the pictures of our cats turned out well.

I received the complete wrong order. Not the color I ordered. Not my dog on the socks. No phone number to call anyone. Sent an an email and currently still waiting to hear back from someone. The order came late and incorrect. I will be asking for my money back.

BUYER BEWARE! The socks were $37.00 with shipping and were NOT a picture of my dog. I had a black german shepherd and they sent me socks with a tan and black shepherd. I am so disappointed as this was a gift for my son because our sweet dog passed away. It took several weeks to arrive and when they finally did it wasn't our dog! I've reached out to customer service with no success, just a message they are really busy and will get back to me.

Worst pup socks I’ve ordered

I haven’t received my pupsocks & the shipping tracking number I was sent does not appear to work.

I was unhappy with customer service after I emailed to verify my order was correct. It took 3 weeks for a response and the incorrect item was already received. I feel the site has glitches during ordering , so be aware of that. I was unable to verify the correct item was ordered and I never got a reply from the company until after the item was delivered.

Sent me the wrong socks and haven’t responded to multiple requests on the issue.
