I placed my order on December 15 and I still haven't received it. Every day the delivery date gets extended by one more day, but clicking through to the shipment details tells me the package is lost. I've contacted customer service three times with no reply other than to say they're getting a lot of inquiries. Don't waste your money.

I am extremely disappointed in Pup Socks. I ordered socks on December 3rd and got the order confirmation same day. The last email I received from Pup Socks was December 4th, the day after the order was confirmed. Early 12/21, "Tracking" says it is still in production. I messaged you and got a typical canned response indicating you are busy and would respond within 3 days. These socks were going to be a special gift and I am now certain I won't get them in time unless you finish production and expedite shipment either next day or 2nd day. My order number is 2671456. Later 12/21, magically I received notification my order shipped and expect to receive in about 5 days (after Christmas). They arrived 12/31...much later than 5 days. I never received a response to my email or my facebook message I sent. I also posted on the Pup Socks web site. So all three were either never read or simply ignored. I wish I never ordered these and I wish I was able to get my money back. I will never promote this company to family and friends should they ask. Have a nice day.

This company is horrible. I ordered a pair of socks for my husband for Christmas and they are a child’s size. He wears a size 8 and the size to order was a medium. I wear a woman’s size 6, and they don’t even fit me. “Satisfaction guaranteed” is a flat out lie. You can only communicate with customer service through email, only they never respond. A total waste of money!!!

order arrived late for Christmas and they had some other dog on the picture, NOT MY DOG, I assume someone else is not happy. I sent a text to customer service and I have not received a response, but they did send me this link to give them a review. VERY BAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH

Bought as a gift, you can’t see the face & it looks like a black blob. Very disappointed & won’t be giving them to my friend.

I ordered a surprise pair of pup socks for my wife for Christmas. I ordered over a month before Christmas. No socks! Finally, a package arrived a week after Christmas and, SURPRISE! The socks were of a strangers cat and it said “I love Dad”. We don’t own a cat! Extremely disappointed! Reaching out to customer service is difficult and responses have been extremely slow! I do not recommend!

We’ll I ordered a pair of socks and a mask for my son for Christmas and first they arrived late, the package they were in had a knife slice in then that also cut the socks and the actual pair of socks that I received was of a little girl instead of our dog!

The quality of the socks is so inferior that we will not wear either of the (3) different products we bought - kids socks and adult socks. The kids socks are would only fit a person with extra-wide ankles and it's a cheap silk. The face mask is decent but does not make up for the socks being complete garbage.
