Good morning, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are terribly sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the quality of our socks. The products are printed using a process called "sublimation" which makes each and every item a custom product made specifically for our customers. Sublimation is a process by which dyes are applied to the fabric. The dye sublimation printing process uses heat to transfer dye onto the fabric and because dyes bond very well with polyester, we are able to print bright well-defined images onto each product. Our socks are made of, 60% Polyester, 10% Acrylic, 25% Nylon, and 5% Spandex. Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. We want you to love our orders as much as we loved creating them!
