Greetings Patrick, After reviewing our records I am able to see that one of our Customer Service Representatives was able to assist you with resolving this mishap. We deeply apologize your order got mixed up and you received products which were not yours. However our records indicate we did indeed respond to all your emails. Typically, international orders could take anywhere from 10-25 business days in shipping during the holidays , unfortunately this includes shipping delays. We apologize about this.
