Socks are very cute, but came in the wrong size, so my kids are unable to wear them. Contacted company about the issue. Got an email saying that I would hear from them within 24 hrs. That was almost a week ago and no response. Couldn’t find a phone number to call on the website.

I'd like to comment on the product but I can't because I'm still waiting. I ordered in November with plenty of time to spare, or so I thought because their website says 1 business day turnaround. Here I am almost a month later with no Christmas gift to ship to my best friend. Live chat doesn't work, they want you to email. Haven't received a response. Same your money and eliminate a lot of stress and don't order.
