This should be a 0 star review!! I ordered 2 pairs as a birthday gift on November 10th with a 24 hour production and shipped guarantee right on their website. So I thought this would be a great birthday gift for my wife on December 11th, and boy was I in for a treat.. The first pair that was the Birthday gift that was to ship on the 12th did not get "Shipped" until the 19th when I contacted customer Service to complain. so again these were "shipped" on the 19th however according to the tracking number the pre shipping information was not sent until to the shipper until November 30th (after I complained again) so it took 20 days for their "24 hour guarantee" to be shipped. Today is December 14th 3 days past my wife's birthday and these are still not here, great gift!........ Oh and yah the 2nd pair I ordered for myself on the same day, well they "shipped" the 23rd however the shipping info was not sent to the shipper until 26th 16 days after the "24 hour guarantee".... overall poor experience, there are so many companies that do this please save yourself the headache and order from someone else, someone who might actually deliver on promises and actually care about their customers
