well it is quite difficult to give a review since i havnt received the one pair of socks i ordered in mid december and i havnt had any response to the email i sent concerning when i could expect my delivery !!

Ordered socks on Dec 17th, didn't receive them until January 4th. Not even close to what I ordered. Multiple attempts to contact buisiness with zero response.

It’s been more than two weeks since I placed an order. It hasn’t been delivered or shipped, though they sent me a tracking number. I’ve reached out to customer service and gotten no response. Pretty sure this businesses is a scam. I wouldn’t be so bothered if they’d communicate or respond to my inquiries. I want to give the benefit of doubt in a pandemic, but can’t do that when there’s no communication.

Product was ordered 12/17 and completed on the 21st bast in the site. paid for 2 day delivery with guarantee Christmas. Item was never received and shows shipment ready for ups, however ups confirmed that package was never provided to them and to contact the company. Have made several attempts to reach out to the company pupsocks with out any reply for the last couple of weeks. Have not received item or refund. Would not recommend this company. Avoid this business. No way of contacting other then email or a chat that never gets answered. Order 2721994 if anyone from the company actually cares to fix things

Scammers Still waiting for customer service to reply to my email (72hrs was days ago) I received a pair of socks with a stock photo dog, not my nieces dog on the uploaded picture. Certainly not customized. $35.99 for a pair of pathetic socks. I should've read all the terrible reviews for this fraudulent scamming company.

They did a good job photoshopping the photo of my pup but the print ended up looking dark. The quality of the sock was also a bit disappointing. It is not a typical sock with a heel but a tube of fabric to put your foot into. This makes it really hard to get the sock on and it’s very tight where the heel is supposed to be. This order also did not arrive in time for Christmas, even though their website advertised that if you got the order in by a specific date (which I did), it arrived a week after Christmas. It’s a fun gag gift, but unfortunately, I won’t be ordering this again.

Ordered way early to get by Christmas. After weeks of no contact, I finally got a message that they would arrive after Christmas. Very sad. They were delivered to my office on Christmas Eve night but we were already out of town for the holidays and four special folks didn’t get gifts planned for them.

I have still not received my order that was supposedly shipped back on December 21, 2021. I have emailed many times and no response from anyone. My teenage daughter worked hard to pay for that blanket that she ordered for her friend and she couldn’t even give it to her for Christmas! You guys are a horrible company! Scam artists!
