I ordered from pupsocks on November 18 to ensure it would get here on time for Christmas. I received my order dec 2 and it was the wrong dog on the socks. I was very disappointed and tried to contact pupsocks right away but couldn’t get through until the 4th. There was no option to expedite the process to make sure it got her on time and no compensation. It’s now the 14th and I still haven’t heard back or received new shipping info. I also cannot get through to anyone to ask about it after emailing multiple times throughout the week. This is some of poorest customer service I have ever received. I would never recommend this company. So bad.

Our cat is fluffy. The picture of her head was cropped so badly it doesn’t even look like the same cat. Not happy at all with the way these turned out.

The photos looked fine; however, the material the socks are made from is awful. It’s like wearing plastic bags on my feet, which makes them sweat. They look cheap and are bulky. 10/10 would not buy again.

Ordered a youth XS and what I received was a pair of socks large enough for my hubby’s size 11 feet. These were ordered for my 9 year olds stocking. They are useless to me as they will NEVER fit her. They are HUGE, yet I received the correct size. What child has feet that large. They’ll be going in the garbage I guess. I did email and express my complete dissatisfaction but had no response other than I received the correct size. Complete waste of $40CAD for a pair of socks. Don’t order.
