If I could leave zero stars I Would.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The company sent me someone else's socks -- I can only guess who is wearing the gift I created, or the disappointment on their face when they opened the envelope and found my face, and my pet's face, on the socks they ordered. Customer service is non-existent, unless you count an automated form letter as "customer service." I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'd stay as far away as possible from this company. Shutterfly has socks that you can customize -- and they're cheaper there too! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The quality of sock material is poor
The quality of sock material is poor. The shape is not good either. The pup face is nice but I wouldn’t order them again

I was hoping for much better quality
I love the whole idea of what these socks are about and I love that by ordering you feed a pet!!!! I was extremely disappointed with the material of the socks and the shape of them. they are quite big with little elasticity and i am not sure what the fabric is. The picture of my dog on the socks looks cute, i would order more if the material and shape were different. These socks were ordered to be a Christmas gift and I do feel they are giftable at all.

Do not order from here!
Do not order from here! I ordered a pair of socks with a picture provided. I got a pair of socks with a completely different photo. Opened a case with Paypal and they responded that they would send a replacement pair, which I never received.

Regret Purchase
Material is scratchy and uncomfortable. Do not fit like regular socks and are difficult to wear. Regret spending this much money on socks of this poor quality.

Don't purchase, bad quality material
Do not fit like proper socks. Extremely uncomfortable. Artist did not follow instructions of how I would like the picture cropped. Not satisfied and probably won't even gift these.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I Have ordered from them in the past and had the best experience but this last time has been awful. I placed an order on Nov 30th in hopes of getting it prior to my family holiday gift exchange. It is still saying "IN PRODUCTION" - I have tried to email/contact customer service multiple times and no one has responded. I am am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and response. I realize that the holidays are a very busy time and given the current state of the world things can be delayed, but I made sure to order the product almost a month out to make sure I would have them in time and it seems like that will not be the case.
