The customer service is horrible. They made the socks incorrectly. I was able to reach someone via chat who promised a new order. That order never progressed and live chat was no longer available. Only email which no one replied to. I sent many emails to customer service. Finally got a response with a promise of another order. This order was in "hold" status because of a missing sku. I placed a PayPal claim. Then someone contacted that the order was corrected and would be expedited. I even got a tracking number for my order. With no communication, they just cancelled the order and issued a refund. Unbelievably bad customer service. You'd better hope they get your order right the first time.

I ordered my socks for family for Xmas more than a month before Christmas, it’s the week before Christmas and no sign of my socks that have been PAID for, no support either.

The socks are tube socks, not fitted to the foot at all. This causes a crease across the front of the foot which makes them uncomfortable and ruins the picture. Definitely not worth the money.

Our socks are meant to be a fun and personal novelty product. Like all socks, your PupSocks will stretch when worn. When they go through the production process, socks are stretched to ensure that when you proudly wear your socks around, the featured face does not stretch. Our socks are printed using a process called "sublimation" which makes each and every item a custom product made specifically for our customers. Sublimation is a process by which dyes are applied to the fabric. The dye sublimation printing process uses heat to transfer dye onto the fabric and because dyes bond very well with polyester, we are able to print bright well-defined images onto each product. Nonetheless, We do appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve.

I have been thinking about ordering from PupSocks so I finally did as it seemed to be the perfect present for a friend. Unfortunately the quality is awful. Cheap feels and so no one will be gifted with it for sure. I am amazed of why it is so popular. For those who do love it, enjoy but for me waste of money.
