I ordered two pair of socks for the first time as gifts for my daughter and daughter in law with photos of their respective dogs, Molly and Margot. The socks arrived after Christmas and while one pair had the correct photo, the other pair had photos of two infants and not Margot the dog! I've emailed and so far, no response. Save your money and don't order here!

Unfortunately I was very unhappy with Pupsocks and could not recommend. Ordered on December 6th assuring it would easily make Christmas - arrived December 29th. In addition the photo quality I sent was perfect resolution but image on socks was terrible and very very dark - could not even tell it was our dog. Will not order again from here!

Ordered custom socks with two cats’ pictures and a sushi background for my husband’s birthday. Took two weeks to come in and I received generic socks with a picture of a dog on them. Have emailed the company twice and have had no response.

I was extremely excited for these socks, and I sent in a photo that looked, on the screen to be an acceptable and clear photograph. However, when I received the socks the photo was so dark it was not identifiable and it gets worse as they are stretched. I would have liked a notification that the photo was too dark or the photo not be accepted on the website because it was too dark. I know the photo was edited because the background was edited out. So why could it not have been lighted? For $60 it was definitely NOT worth it.

I did a order in 9 December 2021 [Order #2694423] and i still didn't receive anything... and pupsocks didn't send me any explanation for this delay...

Extremely disappointing experience. Three-plus weeks after ordering, it still has not shipped, and there has been no response to inquiries with the company.

The quality of the socks is not what I had hoped for. They took MUCH longer than estimated The color that I received is significantly different than how it appeared online

Never received the socks. Sent an email with revised address as the website suggested. Never got a reply, never got socks.
