Order took longer than expected. Socks were a strange material, like a mens dress sock. Picture of black cat on socks came out very dark like a cartoon, would have been nice to contact me and tell me the picture was too dark

The product itself is nice. I ordered a blanket for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it on 12 Dec. It arrived today, 6 Jan. I emailed the company and no one responded to my inquiry as to what happened to my order. So I am giving 3 stars because while product quality is important, so is customer service and reasonable shipping times.

The socks look very cute, but I'm disappointed in the material. The material is kind of thin and not very soft. However the socks are very cute and are a fun novelty.

The socks are nice, but when I placed the order, there was absolutely no communication that anything was happening with my order for over 3 weeks. Finally, when I contacted you, magically the order was on the way. I totally understand the holiday season, short staffing and delivery delays, but the customer should know what's going on. I highly recommend more communication with customers to let them know how things are progressing. Kendall Hayes

Thank you I am disappointed when having received the socks. I have two children’s faces on them and their heads are chopped off. This is the second time I’ve ordered. I feel there needs to be more communication between the buyer and you.

Was guaranteed by Christmas with 2day delivery I paid Did not come until January 1st. Only one of the two pictures on both pairs of socks was visible. One great photo and the other literally solid black. Understand the late delivery but evidently no one checked to see if pictures we visible before mailing.

Well, the socks are fine. I was very pleased with them as was my wife, who the socks were for. I am confused as I paid extra for air shipping. But, it still took several weeks to get them delivered?

I ordered a blanket and then ordered a second one before I got the first. I received the first order and was extremely disappointed, the dog's face was much darker than the one I uploaded. Then I received my second order and it's fantastic, the pictures on the blanket look exactly like the ones I uploaded.
