Ordered on Nov 15th as Xmas presents, arrived today, almost two months after ordering, missing Xmas by two weeks! This is unacceptable, as I didn’t order last minute, but well in advance. I tried contacting support regarding my socks’ whereabouts, but never got a response. So slow shipping and terrible service, the only extra star I’m giving is for the socks themselves which turned out nice.

My socks look great, however I paid for 2 day rish shipping from GA. I live in NC. I receive my package 11 days later :/ when I contacted them about my experience no one ever answered me.

Not what I expected The picture is incredibly dark, you really can't even make out the face of our dog. The quality of sock is not great

I sent 2 photos only 1 was used. It came at least a week after promised (not as much fun when we weren't together for Christmas) they're cute but spendy.

Ordered on 12-13 when the site said 2 days of production time. Didn’t make it in time for Christmas. Wish they were thoughtful enough to share a cut off date so people could make a choice to order or not. Socks are cute but fabric is a little weird. Wouldn’t order again—customer service chat never answered back despite a promise of a few hours. You can find other more responsive companies with the same offering.

I purchased 2 pair. While the socks look adorable they are made from a strange fabric that seem to run quite small and cut right across the top of your foot(just below the ankle where the fabric covering your foot blends into the fabric going up your ankle). Having said that it was a waste of almost $70 since they will stay in a drawer, unworn. Look super cute, but complete waste of money.

The quality is pretty bad, they are not made like normal socks at all. The sizing is way off. They did a good job with the photos but that is really it. They also took about three weeks+ to arrive.

The socks took a month to arrive. Customer service never responded to my inquiries except for an automated message saying they would look into it. Socks were fine but arrived well after Christmas, too late to give as gift. Look elsewhere for this easy to find item.
