One of my socks order had the wrong…
One of my socks order had the wrong face. Picture was of a kid and a dog, I selected One face and notes said Only dogs face, yet they came with the kid's face. I've emailed support to fix their problem but haven't received an answer yet. It was suppose to be Christmas presents for our 4 kids, but now one won't get one.

Warning. Do not order from this company
I find it incredibly bold to send an email asking for someone to rate you when you operate your business so poorly. I regret not reading reviews before because it appears that many many people had issues with your company as well. My order was placed November 11th with an email that it was mailed on November 14th. In an attempt to follow up on the status of my order I sent email after email, and then resorted to social media in the hopes of hearing a response. December 16th I received an invoice for $0 stating my order hasn’t been processed due to poor print quality. This means that by the time I found it my order was cancelled I now had no time to find any kind of replacement. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Never arrived. No explanation. No refund.
I ordered PupSocks (2504006) several weeks ago for a Christmas gift. They did not arrive in the specified time. When I checked on their site, it still says "in production." I attempted to check on things via their chat. Both times I got an email saying they'd get back to me in 72 hours. They did not. I tried to reach them via their social accounts with no response. I have not been offered an explanation or refund.

I’m not impressed
I’m not impressed. The sent my package to the wrong address and it got lost. I didn’t have it for Hanukkah. I emailed them many times they don’t email you back right away. I had to reorder my socks. Still don’t have them it’s been almost a month.

I placed my order over a month ago and still haven't received them yet. They were supposed to be Christmas present... Will never order from these folks again.
