I made two attempts to have socks made…
I made two attempts to have socks made with my partner's Maine Coon cat depicted on them. Unfortunately, when I received both attempts her image was just of her face...they cut off her long whiskers and beautiful mane. I sent multiple emails and attempted multiple chats but no one responded to my latest requests to have the image changed. VERY DISAPPOINTING. This was supposed to be one of my partner's Christmas gifts. Sad.

Huge disappointment
I ordered masks for my coworkers in November and they’re still in production even though I was told they would be shipped out 3-5 days from our conversation. Still waiting to be shipped and will miss Christmas. Thanks for nothing! UPDATE 12/28: STILL DON’T HAVE MY ORDER!!

A month later and still no socks.
Ordered 11/19 to give on 12/18. Well, today is the day and I still haven’t received the socks, nor a response from Customer Service.

Horrible Ordered cat socks
Ordered cat socks. A month later received someone else’s dog socks. Took another month to get a response. Now two months later supposed to receive my cat soxes but the tracking number says label created for the past two weeks. Nothing in the mail. Will never order from this company again.

Not a great experience
I placed two orders. One came pretty quickly and was correct. Those look great! The other order took much longer and was incorrect. I reached out to customer service via email only to be told they’d contact me within 72 hours—which they didn’t. I’m still waiting on someone to contact me and fix THEIR mistake. I’m going to have an upset kid on Christmas, unfortunately. I expect better customer service than this.

They sent me the wrong socks
They sent me the wrong socks. Wrong color and someone else’s dog. Emailed them and Said the email didn’t exist. I should’ve googled the company though because so many people have had issues and they have a terrible rating on the BBB
