My socks came out great
My socks came out great. BUT pup socks sent me someone elses socks under my name and same tracking number but i had to pay for the extra shipping and i want to send the other persons socks back to the company but no one has returned my email.

Extremely delayed shipping
Ordered one pair of socks in November hoping to get them in time for Christmas. Christmas is in one week, and I still have not received them. I spoke to someone, and they offered 3 to 5 day shipping and 15% off for the delay, but the package has been in “pre-shipment” for 5 days now with no answer from customer service.... The business should better prepare for the holiday rush. This is a disappointing experience, and I will not be using them again.

Poor Communication and even worse…
Poor Communication and even worse shipping. It has been over a month and I still have not received what I ordered. They responded to only one of my many emails and said is would ship in 3-5 days... now going on 15 days and nothing. Bottom line... go somewhere else

Sent me someone else’s socks
Sent me someone else’s socks. Tried to get mine replaced and they were out of the ones I ordered. They did however process my refund quickly.

No communication
I placed my order on November 25th. I have tried to contact you through PayPal to let you know that I have had no communication from you regarding shipping and my products have not arrived. After two days you have not responded on PayPal. Very disappointing.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order and have no idea where it is. I wrote to your customer service and have heard nothing back. At this point I am beyond disappointed because I have not received the birthday I ordered for my wife almost a month ago.

Never again
Have yet to receive the scoks. Received an empty package then received someone else order. Very poor customer service. Someone gave me a new tracking number just to shut me up. Would like the product or a refund. Thanks
